This relatively new property has a nautical theme and when you are in the living room the bay waters lap up right up under the balcony. Full of character, the property was designed by a well known local artist and it is an absolute delight. It is elevated to maximize the incredible views - walk up the entryway stairs to a boardwalk style wraparound deck. Step through the front door into the open plan living area and see that the large glass sliders doors open out onto the deck overlooking the water. From there another boardwalk leads from the deck over to the dock (a great place to enjoy a sunset cocktail). This is property to fall in love with, a romantic and charming island home.
